Transportation Change Form

Please use the Transportation Change Form linked below to submit any daily transportation changes for students in SCCS. All changes must be received prior to the last two hours of the school day, or they will not be accepted.

Please note: Transportation changes are only approved for unexpected emergency situations, such as a medical or other urgent circumstance that prevents your child from using their normal transportation. Practice, homework, playdates, visits with friends or family, and changes in a parent/guardian's work schedule are not considered emergencies.
