Employment Verification

The Human Resources Department is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our employees' information. To ensure that employment and income verification requests are handled securely and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Social Circle City Schools partners with Verifent.

All requests for Verification of Employment (VOE) and Verification of Income (VOI) must be submitted through Verifent. This process helps ensure that requests are legitimate and meet the permissible purpose requirements established by the FCRA.

Verifiers seeking employment and/or income information for a current or former Social Circle City Schools employee should submit their requests directly through Verifent.

To Submit a Request:
1. Log in at https://www.Verifent.com/log-in. Please note that new Verifent users will need to register and create an account before proceeding.
2. When prompted, enter the Organization Code for Social Circle City Schools: 224502
3. Please be prepared to provide the employee's date of birth and the last four digits of the Social Security number. Additionally, uploading proof of consent, signed by the employee, is required to complete a request.

Please note, SCCS employees do not need to register for Verifent. They only need to refer the verifying company to www.verifent.com.
