Final Tax Increase Hearing
All concerned citizens are invited to the final public hearing on this tax increase to be held at the Board Room at the Social Circle City Schools Administrative Building, 147 Alcova Drive, Social Circle, GA on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 6:00 pm.
Tax Increase Hearings
The Social Circle City Board of Education has tentatively adopted a millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes by 9.71 percent over the rollback millage rate for city parcels in Walton County.
All concerned citizens are invited to the first two public hearings on this tax increase to be held at the Board Room at the Social Circle City Schools Administrative Building, 147 Alcova Drive, Social Circle, GA on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 11:00 am and Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 8:30 am.
